More Information

The mouse SNP genotyping assays were validated using allele-specific PCR conditions as described in reference 1.

The conditions were modified as follows: 3mM MgCl2 (instead of 2mM), 0mM KCl (instead of 40mM). In addition, a modified version of Stoffel Fragment polymerase, CEA2 "Gold" was used.
